All BOS applications and supporting documents should be submitted through the online Grants Portal, which can be accessed using the "Apply Now" button to the right. Please use Google Chrome or Apple Safari to ensure the portal functions as intended.

The online application will ask for the following information.

• Contact details for your college/university president, foundation CEO, and communications department contact

• Specific campus (if applicable)
• Demographic profile of your student body
• Average cost of tuition, fees, room and board
• History of previous Boundless Opportunity Scholarship program funding (formerly known as the Daniels Opportunity Scholarship)
• A detailed explanation of how all remaining funds will be disbursed by June 1, 2023, if you have an active BOS grant with undisbursed funds

• Total amount of 2023-2024 BOS grant funding requested
• Number of Boundless Opportunity Scholarships to be awarded over the 2023-2024 school year
• Estimated dollar amount of each scholarship
• Percentage of total grant to be used for recruitment, outreach, communications, and other costs related to selecting and supporting BOS recipients
• Target population(s) to be served
• Your institution's retention, graduation, student performance, and other objectives for the BOS program
• Description of how BOS award recipients will be supported, tracked, and retained following the awarding of scholarships
• Timeline for execution of the major events and tasks of the program including recruitment and selection, survey administration, schedule for your disbursement of funds, and any other significant anticipated milestones during your implementation of the BOS program
