Scheduling or canceling a reservation

How to schedule a meeting

  • Fully review the Meeting Space Guidelines and Good Neighbor Parking Instructions
  • Complete the online Meeting Space Request Form
  • We will contact you within one business day to let you know the status of your request.
  • If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact the Daniels Fund at 303.393.7220 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
  • Meeting Space may be requested up to four months in advance.
  • Reservation requests are considered in the order received.
  • A single event may not exceed 3 consecutive days, and we may limit the total number of meetings for an organization within a given time frame.

How to cancel a reservation

Should it be necessary to cancel your reservation, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Provide your name, the name of the organization, and the meeting date(s) to be canceled.

Please send a cancellation at least ten business days prior to the meeting. This allows us to offer the space to other organizations. We understand that severe weather or other urgent situations may cause cancellations with less advance notice. In the event the Daniels Fund is closed due to weather conditions or for other reasons, we will notify your organization as soon as possible.
