The Daniels Scholarship Program
Please note: The application process for the 2008 Daniels Scholarship is now closed. Thanks to everyone who assisted in referring candidates during the nomination process. The application process for high school students graduating in 2009 will begin in the spring of 2008. We wish all students and their parents every success in the college application process.
The Daniels Fund selection model uses a regional approach utilizing
youth serving agencies and college prep providers to identify
and recommend candidates for the Daniels Scholarship. The following
organizations have been offered the opportunity to be Daniels
Scholarship referral agencies.

Referral Agencies will nominate candidates from each region in
a 5:1 ratio of nominations to scholarships awarded. Those nominated
will participate in the selection process with other students
from the same regions. The projected number of Daniels Scholarships
awarded by state per year according to the percentages established
by Bill Daniels are: Colorado, 175; New Mexico, 40; Utah 15; and
Wyoming, 20.
