Valley to Valley Senior Care offers support to aged

Seniors receive support in safe, friendly, environment

Salida, CO –Salida Senior Daycare Incorporated dba: Valley to Valley Senior Care Center announced today that it has received a $15,000 Daniels Fund grant to support its Senior Care Center.  The first payment of $10,000 for immediate support. The challenge portion, $5,000 will be distributed upon receipt of documentation that the 1:1 challenge has been met from new funding sources.

Valley to Valley care Center provides seniors with activities, socialization support services; in a safe, friendly, dignified, loving and caring environment.  Respite services for the Caregiver Monday through Friday daytime.

The grant will enable our program to  expand our services to help more seniors desiring fellowship, socialization, activities and needing some support services.” “We have a lot of fun here, do many things together, and we’d like to see more seniors having access to the facility.  Now, we are calling on the Community to come along side, and help us meet the challenge.” said Yvonne Braden, Facility Director.

Bill Daniels, a pioneer in cable television known for his kindness and generosity to those in need, established the Daniels Fund to provide grants and scholarships in Colorado, New Mexico Utah, and Wyoming.
