Meeting Space Use and Policies:
     -Set-up, Clean-up, and Guest Services

Groups are encouraged to use caterers from our approved vendor list. *Please be sure the catering company places your organization's name and the contact person's name on the paperwork that will accompany your food delivery. Please make sure that you arrive before your caterer.

It is Daniels Fund policy that alcohol will not be served at functions held in our facility.

Daniels Fund offers a catering kitchen, equipped with ample counter space, refrigerator, ice machine, coffee maker, and double basin sink. The kitchen does not come with a stove or oven.

All food and catering items should be kept in the room(s) being used or in the catering kitchen.

We discourage groups from bringing in their own food or beverages.

Bottled water will be provided upon request at no charge.

• Important Information to Share With Guests
  Restrooms are located on the first floor. Restrooms are handicap accessible.
• A wheelchair ramp is located on the east side of the entrance. (Please also see parking section.)
• Meeting Space guests are asked to stay within the first floor conference area while attending events in the facility.
• The Daniels Fund is a working facility. Please keep noise level in mind during events.
• Guest arrival: A host or the facilitator must greet and direct guests to the meeting room for evening and Saturday meetings.
• All guests must enter and exit the building through the main lobby entrance.
