Scheduling or canceling a reservation
How to schedule Meeting Space
- Review the Meeting Space Guidelines and Good Neighbor Parking Instructions
- Complete the Online Meeting Space Request Form
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation within one business day
- If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact the Operations Associate at MeetingSpace@DanielsFund.org or (303) 393-7220
How to cancel your reservation
Should it be necessary to cancel your Meeting Space reservation, please e-mail the Operations Associate at MeetingSpace@DanielsFund.org at least ten business days in advance. This allows us the opportunity to open the space to other organizations. In your e-mail, please include the name of your organization, as well as the date and time of your reservation. In the event the Daniels Fund building is closed due to inclement weather or other reasons, we will notify your organization as soon as possible.
