How the Daniels Fund Scholarship has impacted my life:

Please describe what it means to you to be a Daniels Scholar:    It means so much to me to be a Daniels Scholar. I received an amazing opportunity that I otherwise might not have received. The Daniels Fund put their faith in me which is just one more reason, on top of many others, for me to succeed. I am also able to represent a great foundation ran by great people. I cannot wait to be able to give back to others like The Daniels Fund has given to me.

What do you like most about being in college?    The best thing about being in college is the independence!

What has been the greatest challenge so far in college?   I would have to say that the greatest challenge so far has been adjusting to a new city and new surroundings.

What advice would you offer someone who is applying to become a Daniels Scholar?    Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to fill out the application. If you make it to the interview stage then just be yourself! And if you don't end up receiving the scholarship don't give up on your dreams of attending college, everything will work out one way or another!
