How the Daniels Fund Scholarship has impacted my life:

Please describe what it means to you to be a Daniels Scholar:    Being a Daniels Scholar is an honor. To be a Daniels Scholar you have to reach for the stars, no matter how far away they seem. A Daniels Scholar is given an opportunity to change their life. I would say it's like being given the chance to make your dreams come true. Daniels Fund helped me make my dream come true!

What do you like most about being in college?    My favorite thing about college is the environment. In college you meet so many amazing people and have experiences that you never thought you would.

What has been the greatest challenge so far in college?    The greatest challenge would have to be time. You could be managing time so well but still not have enough time in the day to do everything you need to. You are given so much work that you actually have to learn how to learn all over again and time works against you.

What advice would you offer someone who is applying to become a Daniels Scholar?    My advice would be to just be yourself and try to think outside the box. Believe that you are deserving and that anything is possible. When you’re tired of working hard try and work harder. Last, remember that the harder you work the more you will get out of life.
