Please describe what it means to you to be a Daniels Scholar: It's an honor and a blessing, an opportunity to do and engage in something that I might not have been able to otherwise.
What do you like most about being in college? The opportunity for growth, learning and meeting new people.
What has been the greatest challenge so far in college? All of those things which I just mentioned.
What advice would you offer someone who is applying to become a Daniels Scholar? Perseverance. Though it's a heavy responsibility and challenge, the fruits of seeing it through are well worth it. Even if it doesn't pan out, just being nominated says something about your character.
