Please describe what it means to you to be a Daniels Scholar: It is an honor to be named a Daniels Scholar. I feel so blessed to have not only a scholarship helping me through school, but a support system of over 200 other college kids and advisors backing me up. I have found lifelong friends and learned lifelong lessons from being a part of the Daniels Fund.
What do you like most about being in college? I love experiencing different things with different people.
What has been the greatest challenge so far in college? Keeping my room clean! HaHa. Without mom around I've learned to clean up after myself.
What advice would you offer someone who is applying to become a Daniels Scholar? Honor the thought of even becoming a Scholar. This scholarship will change you. During SHIFT you will meet people who change your life and become your most cherished friends. Keep your head high, your thoughts clear, and let your true self shine.
