How the Daniels Fund Scholarship has impacted my life:

Please describe what it means to you to be a Daniels Scholar:   Being a D.F. Scholar is having this giant weight lifted off my back.  They fully support you financially and emotionally.  It also gives you a desire to want to continue to give back and spread the Bill Daniels legacy.

What do you like most about being in college?    It provides a way to break the trend of being barely able to survive.

What has been the greatest challenge so far in college?    Living in the dorms. You're forced to live with people who aren't as focused as you and have been raised with different morals.  It's a great learning experience but it's hard too.

What advice would you offer someone who is applying to become a Daniels Scholar?    Find out what you're passionate about and emphasize that throughout the process.  Be yourself and don't try to be anyone else.  They are looking for people who genuinely need the help and really want to go to college.
