Before submitting a grant request to Daniels Fund, please consider
if your program is in accord with the following considerations.
1.) Is the proposed project / program strongly
aligned with the mission, funding area and strategy of the Daniels
Fund?
2.) Would Daniels Fund support serve as a catalyst for a proposed
project’s success?
3.) Does the proposed project / program creatively address
root problems with substantive solutions?
4.) Is there sufficient local and other support to ensure that
the project/program will be implemented and continue after the
grant period?
5.) Does the organization have effective leadership, appropriate
organizational capacity and strong financial health?
6.) Is the project / program innovative and efficient in its
use of funds?
7.) Does the evaluation plan identify expected measurable outcomes
that can be reported at the end of the grant period?
