Daniels Fund Homeless & Disadvantaged Grants
Program Goals

Homelessness was a particular concern for Bill Daniels and his lifetime of philanthropy reflected it.  He often spent time with homeless individuals and families, serving meals, or just listening to their stories.  Bill Daniels felt that America was a land of opportunity and that people could get back on their feet with the right support.  The Daniels Fund supports organizations that help homeless individuals or families achieve and maintain self-sufficiency by providing emergency services and transitional housing with supportive services.  An emphasis is placed on highly structured programs that promote personal responsibility and achievement.

Program Goal - Ensuring that homeless individuals and families achieve and maintain self-sufficiency.
