Submitting a Proposal to the Daniels Fund
Before Submitting your Grant Proposal
The Daniels Fund strives to provide clear and consise instructions to nonprofits seeking to submit a grant proposal. Please be sure to review our Grant Application Guidelines (Click on link at left) before beginning a proposal. We welcome your questions before you apply. Fillable Grant Application and Organization Summary
The Daniels Fund grant application consists of a grant proposal checklist and an organization summary form. All grant applications should clearly and concisely address each of the items on the grant proposal checklist. The Daniels Fund requires only one unbound copy of a grant proposal and attachments. The forms are available as "fillable PDFs."
