Charter School Grants
Application forms and guides for Charter Schools
Charter school grant applicants must complete and submit the Grant Application Form (proposal checklist and organization summary) and the Charter School Outcomes Template and School Performance Table. These documents should be accompanied by the Executive Summary from the school’s charter application, Evidence of Authorization, School Organization Chart, and Business Plan (5 year preferred).
