This photo was taken in front of the Utah State Capitol, shortly before the group welcomed guests to a Utah Community Reception, hosted by the board in the Capitol Rotunda. The purpose of the event was to engage community leaders in conversations that will be valuable in the ongoing evaluation of the Daniels Fund's grant and scholarship activities in the state of Utah.
